RNAi Libraries

We have successfully completed a number of pilot screens using a human druggable genome siRNA library (~7,000 genes, Qiagen). This library has four siRNAs per gene, each arrayed in individual wells (384 well plate). These studies also included a human miRNA mimic library. Screening revealed novel components of important cell signaling pathways and genes that affect the activity of therapeutic agents. We have now expanded our capacity to conduct genome-wide siRNA screens for both human (Ambion and Dharmacon libraries) and mouse (Ambion). miRNA inhibitors have also been added and will be included in screening efforts. Please inquire about possible access to smaller libraries for use in your own lab.
